Our products have a variety of origins. A brief overview;

- Bushlore: Is completely made up of products made in Britain.

- Vårdkas®: Has multiple origins including Asia, Europe and Britain more specifically.

- Borderland Bushcraft: Similar to Vårdkas® has products from Asia, Europe & Britain. With the bulk of assembly and packaging being done in house at the Borderland HQ in England.

We aim to ship most items within a 3 day window of the order being placed. This usually depends on the complexity of the item and if we have it already made up.

- Simple items are usually kept on hand and can be dispatched almost immediately.

- More complex items such as large tinder kits can take 4-5 days.

If your item has been dispatched (check your emails or account notifications) delivery will vary depending on whether it is a national or international order.

- National orders (within UK mainland) should be with you in around 2-4 Days, but please allow for potential unforeseen postal delays, if you item still isn't with you within 7 days please get in touch and let us know.  

- International orders are a lot more varied, but usually take between 7 - 14 days depending on the location it is shipping to. If after 14 days your items still hasn't arrived please get in touch.

Please Note: For international orders there may be a customs clearance charge that needs to be paid (by the customer) before the item is released.

We do not currently offer any monogram / initial embossing. We suggest taking your item to your local laser engraver to receive the best monogramming possible.

We consider custom orders on a case-by-case basis. We are currently unable to offer any custom work. Shop orders of our regular product line will always come first, and we're currently trying to keep these orders at a respectable turn around time.
